ITAKYStanton, Kentucky

Stanton · Eastern Kentucky

IT support for the computers that get in the way of the work.

Remote troubleshooting is the default, and support is on call 24/7. On-site visits are available in Eastern Kentucky by arrangement, including after hours. Stanton is the base. ITAKY does not publish other offices.

Usually remote

Email, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, a printer queue, a new mailbox, Windows updates, and “this laptop will not join the network” are often a screen share. You stay at the desk.

On-site when it has to be

Cabling, an access point, a machine that will not boot, and a stack of new-employee computers are poor screen-share jobs. Those visits are arranged for small businesses in Eastern Kentucky. They are not a same-day fleet.

What support can include

  • Troubleshooting and repair or setup
  • Networking and Wi-Fi
  • Windows administration
  • Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace help
  • Email and printers
  • New-employee devices
  • Endpoint maintenance and basic security improvements
  • Backup planning
  • A health assessment
  • Coordination with the vendors you already pay

Basic security improvements mean practical steps such as multi-factor authentication, separating a guest network, and checking that a backup can restore. They are not a certification, a penetration test, or a guarantee that nothing bad can happen.

Essentials · $597 per month

Ongoing support for up to eight computers. The count is computers, not employees. Remote support and vendor coordination are included. Eastern Kentucky on-site availability is included by arrangement. The scope is written before you enroll.

More than eight computers is a custom quote. Support is on call 24/7.

One computer, or not sure yet

A single broken machine does not require a monthly plan. Use Computer support on the form. If the whole setup is unclear, the $750 IT Health Check is a two-page assessment with three recommendations, and that fee can be credited toward a qualifying $2,500 Automation Starter.

Submitting stores the request on this website. It does not open your email app. If automatic notification is not configured, the form will say so instead of pretending the message was delivered.
