Remote support and on-site visits in Eastern Kentucky

5 minute read · 2026-10-09

Most small-business IT starts on a screen share

Password problems, a stuck printer queue, a new mailbox, and a laptop that will not join the office network are often faster to fix remotely. You stay at the desk, and the person helping you can see the same screen.

ITAKY is based in Stanton, Kentucky. Remote troubleshooting is part of how local support works, and you can reach ITAKY on call 24/7. That is a person answering, not a room of staff watching every computer overnight.

When on-site is the better visit

Cabling, a flaky access point, a computer that will not boot, and a pile of new-employee machines are poor screen-share jobs. On-site help is available for small businesses in Eastern Kentucky by arrangement, including after hours. Stanton is the foundation. ITAKY does not publish satellite offices in other towns.

Essentials is $597 per month for teams with up to eight computers. The count is computers, not employees. The scope is written before enrollment and includes remote support and vendor coordination, plus Eastern Kentucky on-site availability.

What this is not

It is not a large managed-service contract or a promise that a security product makes the business “compliant.” Support is on call 24/7. Basic improvements — multi-factor authentication, backup planning, patching, separating a guest Wi-Fi — are practical. They are not a certification.

If you are not ready for a monthly arrangement, a one-time computer issue or a $750 IT Health Check is a smaller starting point. The Health Check is a two-page assessment with three prioritized recommendations, and the fee can be credited toward a qualifying $2,500 Starter workflow.
